Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. When you forget to cancel your appointment without enough notice, we not only miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time, but also for another client to receive services. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or fail to show up to your appointment, you will be subject to a fee and/or rebooking charge. Charges/fees are based on the length of cancelled appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel your visit at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
